PATRICK M. “RICKY” GROOVER
Ricky Groover 45, died Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at his residence.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Savannah. Ricky graduated from Herschel V. Jenkins High School in 1979 and attended Armstrong Atlantic State University. Ricky was a Master Carpenter with R.J. Groover Construction Company.
Surviving are, his daughter, Kari Lynn Groover and her mother, Nanette of Pembroke, his brothers, Robert J. Groover Jr. and wife, Tina of Savannah, David Groover of Hilton Head S.C., his parents, Robert J. and Patsy Groover Sr. of Savannah and his nieces, Kathryn, Kaitlyn, Caroline, Emilie and Laura Grace.
Visitation will be Sunday, April 30, 2006 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.
Funeral Services will be Monday, May 1, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel with burial in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
Active Pallbearers will be Steve Taylor, Dennis South, Pat All, Scotty Hodges, Keith Donaldson, Robert Gay and Marshall Anderson.
